Love them or loathe them, the Mc Vitie’s Jaffa Cake has been the subject of the tea-break debate: ‘cake or biscuit?’ for decades.

Despite winning a court battle in 1991 to have their Jaffa Cakes officially given the cake title, many people still claim the Jaffa Cake has all the makings of a biscuit.

This week the firm have finally decided to put the debate to rest by revealing  ‘The Big One’ - a cake-sized version of the Jaffa Cake which can be found in Asda and Morrisons from this week.

World’s first edible hotel opens in London

For one night only, guests will be able to munch their way round the world’s first edible hotel made from cake and other treats designed in Soho, Central London.
