Boohoo.com is one of the UK’s fastest growing and affordable trend-led woman’s fashion websites. Since the launch of the website in 2006, the design team have constantly worked to produce up-to-date quirky styles combined with incredible value for money.
From statement clothing pieces to accessories, and shoes, Boohoo offers countless looks for any occasion, including their
own combinations of outfits leaving shopping that one step easier.
Boohoo.com’s
marketing assistant Charlie Bland believes that online is offers so much more compared to high street
retailers:
“There
have been a lot of developments in online retail and this has improved the
customer experience encouraging repeat orders from customers and an improved
ability to see and understand product before purchasing online.”
Charlie who has been working for Boohoo since early 2012 said that the improvement in online retail helps to remove the main disadvantage of shopping online – that you cannot try or feel the product physically before purchase.

Improvements have included catwalk/video content of models moving in items, customer reviews, improved zoom functionality on site, free returns and improved express shipping.
There is no need to nip to the shops or battle the busy high street stores to find that perfect outfit:
“Shoppers can shop on their lunch breaks and fit in shopping around their busy social life, working life schedule. ”
In the battle of the recession, it seems no shop is safe.
With retailers including clothing company 'Republic' the latest to announce its administration, what can online shops like Boohoo do to ensure that they keep their customers coming back?
"As long as boohoo continue to listen to their customers, respond rapidly to trends and maintain the continous improvements that they are making, we will continue to remain current and appealing to our customers."
.”
